Dr. John H. Rundback is a nationally recognized Interventional Radiologist with more than 30 years of experience specializing in advanced, minimally invasive treatments for Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD), Critical Limb-Threatening Ischemia (CLTI), and complex endovascular reconstruction. Widely regarded as one of the leading vascular specialists in the country, he has pioneered numerous limb preservation and amputation-prevention techniques used by physicians nationwide.

 

Dr. Rundback is a partner physician at Premier Endovascular and serves as a principal investigator in dozens of multicenter clinical trials focused on improving outcomes for patients with severe vascular disease. He has authored over 130 peer-reviewed publications and is a sought-after international lecturer on complex endovascular interventions, pedal and tibial artery reconstruction, and advanced vessel-preservation strategies.

 

He serves on editorial boards for several major vascular journals and is a Fellow of the Society of Interventional Radiology (FSIR), the American Heart Association (FAHA), and the Society for Vascular Medicine (FSVM). His leadership in innovation and clinical research continues to shape modern approaches to limb salvage and endovascular therapy.

Dr. Kevin Herman is a nationally recognized Interventional Radiologist specializing in advanced, minimally invasive treatments for Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD), Critical Limb Ischemia (CLI), and complex vascular conditions. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, he is widely regarded as an innovator in limb preservation and endovascular techniques.

 

Dr. Herman serves as a partner physician at Premier Endovascular and leads multiple high-level clinical trial efforts aimed at expanding treatment options for patients with severe vascular disease. He is also the Chair of the Communications Committee for the CLI Global Society and an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he contributes to physician training and education.

 

A prolific researcher and lecturer, Dr. Herman has authored dozens of peer-reviewed publications and frequently presents at major vascular and interventional meetings—including VIVA, LINC, AIM, and SIR. His work spans cutting-edge techniques in deep venous arterialization, pedal access, and advanced revascularization strategies for no-option CLI patients.
